Refunds & Returns
Please review our Return Policy posted on the Site prior to making any purchases. Techorbits is committed to customer satisfaction. You have a right to request and obtain a refund for products or services purchased from Techorbits if you are not fully satisfied. Submit your refund request in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refunds may be issued to the original form of payment at Techorbits’s discretion.
Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable.

The arbitration will be conducted before a neutral arbitrator whose decision shall be final and binding. The costs of arbitration will be split evenly between you and Techorbits. Any court having jurisdiction over the parties may enforce the arbitrator’s award.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the USA.
Severability & Non-Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall still be given effect and enforced. No failure or delay on the part of Techorbits to exercise any right or remedy hereunder shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise preclude any other or further exercise of any other right or remedy.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Techorbits with respect to the Site, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals between you and Techorbits with respect to the Site.
